Dining room conversion
I’m thinking about converting the dining room to a bedroom by adding a door between it and the kitchen (adding necessary smoke detector etc.). This would make this single family home from a 3 bed to a 4 bed, 2 bathroom.
Has anyone done something like this and is it a worthwhile investment?
