Hello everyone! I have a update since the first time I posted about 3 months ago. I'm now 18, unfortunately still unemployed but I'm pretty sure that will change soon. me and my father do have our first tenant now, just a room rent out to get some cashflow while we figure out selling the house and where to go. once I'm able to find employment I'll then be able to apply for a credit card at navy federal (since that's what my family uses to bank). I'm also going to try to get my real estate license in Virginia since that will eventually get me a job (hopefully) at ERA since i have connections to an agent that works there. that's when I plan on entering my investing side. by then I hope to have enough cash to have a downpayment for a multifamily property in my area. any comments, questions advice or insight will always be welcome as I'm still learning a lot about this field. I hope to give another update in the near future, very excited to put my plan into reality! thank you all for your time!
