Lien Position Question
I was considering a PML deal that was structured with two funding rounds, one for the initial purchase and rehab start and the second for the remaining rehab. The deal indicated that even as a second round investor, I would still be in first lien position with the JV and joinder agreements. My research is telling me otherwise. Any legal experts who can clarify?
