Ohio or mid west
I am an out of state landlord. Looking at adding several in Ohio or other Midwest areas. Looking to see what the best time of year there it is to buy and get renters into the homes.

There isn't a best time of year to buy rentals. You buy when the deal presents itself. As for placing tenants, it's a bit difficult between Thanksgiving and Feb, but other than that, it's all the same.
