Tax advisor familiar with OBBBA/STRs

Posted

Hi BP Community, I am new here. Looking to start investing in RE. Have always been passionate about RE but now have the time to jump in. I understand this is a huge commitment but up for the challenge! Would like to consult with a CPA/tax advisor experienced in STRs, LTRs, etc. Specifically curious about STRs and 100 % bonus depreciation under the OBBBA as it relates to my specific situation. I know there are a lot of other factors to consider but one aspect is the tax benefits/implications. Can anyone recommend a tax advisor well versed in this area? In Massachusetts but doesn't need to be someone here. Much appreciate your time!

https://www.keystonecpa.com/amanda-han seems like the way to go to be able to consult with your situation. It's not going to be a simple phone call but some real consulting hours but would be worth your while for the tax savings. Best of luck!
