Wanting to buy

I am having trouble and need advice. I have a good job that I have worked for three months with over two years of good work history and 700 credit scores with over 20 years perfect payment history. 

With all this I cannot get a VA loan or first time buyer deal. I am wondering if what some options are to buy a house as I am needing to get my own place?


Any help would be appreciated.
