Selling our Hostel Business
Hello BiggerPockets community! We're Atlanta-based owners of a profitable hostel-strong cash flow, incredible location, room to grow, etc -and while we'd love to keep her, family commitments call us abroad. Property, business cash flow (2 yrs), and FF&E have us in the 1.1 to 1.4 million range. Traditional brokers haven't understood the model and the hospitality sales sites are pretty low traffic (hostelsforsale.com). We have had significant interest from our inner circle but nothing has fully materialized. Wondering if anyone's sold/run a hostel before - best exchanges, comps, or high-traffic networks? Appreciate any intel or advice as we are seeking an efficient sales path. Cheers!
