Buying Section 8 Property | Need Help
I'm in escrow on a property with CMHA (section 8) tenants. I've never owned a property with Section 8 Tenants, what do I need to do? One of them apparently doesn't have a lease but the others do and I have all the HAPs. Do I need to fill out any paperwork before closing escrow so I can continue collecting the money? Do I need anything in writing from the landlords (besides agreement to transfer security deposits)? Let me know if there is anything I'm not thinking about.
