Looking for help to get re-started

Drew Mullin
Posted

Currently living in Miami/Ft Laud and Naples, working on SFH fix-and-flips. I've done two properties recently, but the profits were just okay. I'm looking for more wholesaler recommendations that I could work with (the ones I've found recently have been helpful). I'm clearly not picking the right properties and do not want to repeat this. Trying to move forward but still need to figure out the best way to find the right wholesalers and areas to focus on. Any help would be great - thank you

@Ken M. I don't see myself doing the cold calling part- would like to find trusted lists and then go from there I believe

Sorry, there is no such thing as trusted lists. There may be trusted wholesalers, but that is hit and miss, that you find over time. Not all wholesalers suck and not all wholesalers are good. If you go that direction, take your time and let things play out.
