Any suggestions on the best method on networking with seasoned / active investors. I'm a wholesale specialist, primarily in the fix & flip field. Also, my biggest concern as my company starts to take off would be the contracts we are using to lock up deals. Running numbers, analyzing deals, EMD, opening escrow are the least of my concerns. I figure, investors use their own contracts to close deals & I'm sure each differs in some way slightly. What if our investors don't agree with our contracts ?
