Buying in Scranton PA
I'm a new investor looking to buy a long term rental in PA. I've done some research, seeing Pittsburgh and Philly as two great cities to invest in, but I've been looking at Scranton. The town is very affordable and seems to have great rental prices. Does anyone have any thoughts on Scranton and if its a good/bad area for a long term rental?
