Investor Friendly Agent in Tyler, TX

Hi all, I've been looking hard at the Tyler, TX market for a STR or MTR property and I'm in need of an investor friendly real estate agent who is knowledgable with that market. I've tried to use BiggerPockets's tool for finding an agent in that area, but came up with nothing.

If anybody has used an agent out there they really like please share their contact info!! I would super appreciate it.
