New Build Spec Homes
Hey everyone, curious who else is building or investing in new build spec homes right now.
My wife and I run a design studio and partner with investors across the country on high-end specs. We’ve seen firsthand how strong design can make a big difference in profitability, from smarter layouts and material selections to how fast a home sells once it hits the market.
We also use 3D renderings early on so our partners can start marketing before listing, which helps build interest and momentum.
