Are AI Videos for real estate listing even good?

Question

I'm a college student and my business class partner thinks AI real estate videos are the future. I have some concerns since they sometimes hallucinate furniture. Isn't that a deal breaker? For example, he made this video but there are 2 toilets in the bathroom. For my assignment I have to ask people what they think and ask them to take a survey. Could someone please fill this out?

His and Her toilets eh? Generally, it does no good, in my opinion, to mislead people on what they are going to see.  Whether it's AI generated depends. Because the dirty little secret is that people look at a furnished place online, see the "Staged" rooms or AI furniture and artwork and fall in love with what they see. However, the house doesn't come with the furnishings. But people have a tough time imagining if their bed will fit in that room, if their coach/sofa/sitting apparatus will fit in that living room space and so on. Staging or AI give people a sense, as long as the AI images are correctly sized. It is harder to sell an "empty" house.

But, if you show a room with AI furniture and the room is empty when they arrive, a sense of disappointment and betrayal follow. I for one, wouldn't use AI. I want people to arrive, feel welcome, be able to move around the furniture and not hear echos in the room.

Keep in mind, this is probably the most expensive purchase most people will make.
