Commercial Real Estate Loan Options
Needing advice on commercial real estate loan options for my circumstance.
I want to purchase a 12 unit complex.
-Cost 545k
-current rent 6500k/mth (room to raise)
-has at least 60k of maintenance needed.
-100% occupancy
** Ill need to close quickly due to lots of outside intrest. But want the lowest payment possible for max cash flow.
I own 2 SFH rentals with significant equity and great cash flow. I have a great paying day job, and i have enough cash on hand for 6+ months reserves.
Given these conditions what loan options sound best, and will give me a quick close to secure the property??
