Keeping Up With Maintenance
I am new to REI and currently have two properties. One has been rented since March 2025 and I am renovating the second one right now. What are general maintenance things/servicing that need to be done yearly or every other? Both of my properties are older, fixer uppers so I want to be sure that I am staying on top of things to avoid larger expenses and problems. Any tips would be appreciated! The longer the list the better! Thanks!
