Buying in Greater Cincinnati?

Hi, I'm Tal,I'd like to know who is investing in the Greater Cincinnati market? I’m an investor working mainly on SFR/duplex deals, and sometimes I assign properties when they don’t fit my buy box.

Investors are definitely active in Greater Cincinnati, especially around the older SFR and duplex stock where value-add opportunities still exist. What most people find helpful is narrowing the buy box by neighborhood since conditions shift quickly block to block, and keeping an eye on seller distress, days on market, and rental demand to spot deals with real upside. A lot of investors also look at nearby Ohio metros when comparing cash flow and appreciation potential so they can decide where their capital works hardest. What type of properties are you targeting right now, and what’s your ideal deal profile?
