Basement Foundation Issues
Has anyone considered putting in an offer on a multifamily with foundation issues? If so, how much did the foundation repair cost? I have found a property that underwrites pretty well, but the basement wall is bowing in quite a bit. Any thoughts, ideas, or negotiation tactics are appreciated. Thank you
