Hey all,

Anyone here currently investing in Hazel Crest IL or buy-and-hold properties in Hazel Crest IL?  I want to hear your feedback about the area. It  doesn't appear to landlords need to obtain a rental license. what type of tenants are you getting? which areas are the best?
