Hi everyone — I’m a licensed contractor and local operator based in North Adams, Massachusetts. The entire city is designated as a federal Opportunity Zone, and I’m actively exploring value-add residential and small multifamily redevelopment projects here.

I already own and operate rental property locally and handle my own construction and project management. I’m interested in connecting with investors who have capital gains and are looking into Opportunity Zone strategies, particularly those who prefer a local operating partner rather than a remote sponsor.
