Hey everyone, I’m new here and still learning the real estate space.

I’m 17 and trying to understand how investors find deals and work with referrals.

I’m not an agent and I’m not trying to negotiate anything, mostly just looking to learn and connect with people who buy off-market or distressed properties.

If anyone’s open to sharing advice or how they got started, I’d really appreciate it.

You're super young, that's great....start learning everything you can about this business/industry. Work on getting a RE license, even if you don't want to be a working agent, the knowledge has great value. Study up on Construction as it related to homes. Watch YouTube videos, take classes, attend Home Depot weekend 'How-To' demonstrations, volunteer with 'Habitat For Humanity'....anything will help you get ready for your new career when you are ready.
