New to Wholesaling – Looking to Learn and Network

Hey everyone, I’m a 22-year-old beginner getting into real estate wholesaling. I’m currently focused on learning how to find off-market deals, analyze numbers, and build relationships with cash buyers and experienced investors.

I’m here to learn the right way, ask good questions, and connect with people active in wholesaling. If you have advice for beginners or are open to connecting, I’d love to learn from you. Thanks!

@Rob Gillespie I am reaching out because I am interested in learning how to do wholesale deals but I heard somewhere down the line that since I am a real estate agent, I shouldn't be involved in wholesale. Is this true?

You should really be getting guidance on this from your broker!

But yes, most Board's will NOT allow you to wholesale unless you own the property - and then many Boards have annual unit sale limitations for personal properties.
