Good explanation when change yearly lease to Month to Month
Hello
I’m thinking of switching to a month-to-month lease instead of a yearly one. The house has a lot of problems, and I’m planning to sell it after April. I already have another house on the market, so I want to make sure this one sells before I move on.
The tenant is asking why we need to change the lease, and she’d like to stay. I’m not sure what to say. Can someone help me out?
