Rent Control Laws

I have a 85 year old tenant in Los Angeles County under rent control he’s paying $850 on a $3200 apartment. His daughter snuck in there and has been living with him for years. She’s not on the lease. He is not in good health when he passes. Does she have succession rights? There’s no way I want her in there paying 850. What can I do to make sure she gets out if she’s on the lease the older man I’m leaving him alone. He’s too old to re-situate and he’s comfortable but the Daughter is a different story. She makes over 100 K a year and is living in an $850 place. None of this rent control stuff is fair. It’s robbery actually like we have to pay taxes and insurance and everything is going up. I need to know what I can do to get her out if he passes and she tries to stay.
