bi-level layout homes
Hi,
I saw bi-level layout SFH home recently to purchase. I was not very comfortable. But price is decent almost 30k less than median home price in that area . Does tenants rent bi-level layout homes
How bi-level different than split level layout homes.
What is normal layout home called.
I see deck with steps in the front of house in bad shape. Also back of house another deck in much more bad shape.
Also I saw like back wall which supports roof resting on the wooden pillars and beans near broken deck with some screws.
Foundation is slab though. I am not sure why back deck resting on wooden pillars and beams,
Please advise
