Max allowable offer/ Rehab Estimate
Hello Everyone, I am doing research into calculating your max allowable offer and how to quickly estimate rehab cost before even having a look at the property in person. My first question is how do you calculate the rehab cost when you only have some pictures to go off of? My second question is there a baseline price that most investors go by to calculate their rehab cost quickly to submit a offer when they only see photos? My final question is what are you supposed to do when you have a property and your MAO is nowhere near their asking price? Ex. Listing Price:$160,000, MAO:$109,000
