Just getting started as a property finder in the DFW market and excited to be here.
Background: I'm working virtually, sourcing off-market investment opportunities and connecting them with cash buyers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Current Focus:
• Single-family fix-and-flip deals
• Value-add rental properties
• River Oaks, Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding suburbs
Learning a ton from this community already - the deal analysis guides and wholesaling discussions have been incredibly helpful.
For DFW investors: What are you actively looking for right now? Always looking to understand what makes a deal attractive to serious buyers.
