Real estate and General Contracting

Hello BP Community and specifically those in North Carolina,

I’m a real estate investor with experience in quick flips, ground-up builds, and value-add square-footage projects. After dealing with more contractor issues than I care to count, I decided to get my general contractor’s license so I could better understand permits, code compliance, and contract legality.

If you’re in North Carolina and need help understanding the process or vetting contractors, feel free to reach out—I’d love to help.
