Need advice on methods of scaling quick
Ok so I know real estate for the most part is not a get rich quick investment. I have been investing in SFH for the past 3 years and I currently have 3 properties. The properties are relatively cheap ranging from 70-90k. I feel 3 properties in 3 years is very slow. I want to replace my active income with rental income and at this pace it is going to take a very long time. So my question is how can I scale at a much quicker pace? What methods have you used? Any advice is appreciated.
I've seen investors online claim they've acquired 50-100 properties in 3-5 years through seller financing with only 5-10k down per property. I don't know how much truth is behind this. I've never done seller financing before, only your traditional loans like conventional and DSCR

Buying Cheap properties is usually less profitable, as maintenance, evictions and appreciation are typically much less than better properties. Fewer but better properties is usually more profitable.
