Real estate wholesaling
Hey I just got my first property on contract and I’m a new wholesaler but idk if I should keep pursuing this or cancel it I have it on contract with a agent for 210k and market value is 219k which is not much of a discount and I’m not very confident on what my numbers are what should I do?
