Who should i work with on facilitating off market transactions?
I am currently looking for off market multifamily properties and need either a lawyer or title company to help with the transaction. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on who can help facilitate the entire transaction process. Please no realtors or real estate agents. I have called many agents and they have all been rude and disrespectful. Many lawyers are charging thousands for contracts and even leases. Any recs in the orange county or los angeles area would be much appreciated.
