Hey Khalil,

It's always great to start young! The sooner you start the longer you have to compound your interest.

Right now, focus on two things.

1) Knowledge. Read as many books on real estate, business, mind set, etc. as you can. I would recommend Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book, and Think and Grow Rich. Find Youtube channels, like Bigger Pockets, Commerical Property Advisors. Keep coming back to the forums.

2) Start networking. Being as young as you are can help open a lot of doors. People love a well mannered, goal focused young person. Use it to your advantage. Find local real estate meet ups. Ask local investors if you can shadow them. See if property managers will sit down with you. Just be open minded, get in front of professionals, and ask a lot of questions.

It's a long and hard road to the top (assuming that is where you want to go), and it only gets harder the longer you don't act, so start now
