Rental property preparation
My wife and i preparing to set up our primary residence to a rental in the next few months due to me going back to school. The biggest thing we're trying to determine is whether the house works best as a short term, medium or long term rental. We're in Montgomery about 30-40 min from the woodlands. And then looking and the different things to prepare once we decide our rental strategy. Any general advice would be helpful to make our home more appealing and ready for success.
