Off Market property

I was presented with an off market property that has been rehabbed and is getting a new hvac unit this week. It is a 3/2 in a C to C- area, but an area I am in frequently as it is close to businesses in the downtown area that I use. My question is the following: How should I go about figuring out taxes, insurance, and other numbers such as potential rent since it has all been renovated? Thank you in advance for the help.
