Best time to post on Social Media platforms

Hello all,

We live in a world where social media is so prevalent and makes such an impact.

When creating posts for either products you are trying to push or using it as a networking tool, when is the best time to post? 

I think the right response would be as long as you are posting but wondering where folks have had success.
