What’s a good niche for beginners? Notes, rentals, house hacking

Hi I’m new to real estate investing. I been studying real estate for a little min. I’m looking forward to meeting new people and learning. I reside in the Philadelphia area. What would be a good start for someone with little to no experience. And low money but a good credit score. Air bnb’s, whole sale, house hacking with rentals. I was reading up on tax liens as well it sound like a good start what would be cons to tax liens because it just sounds way to good and easier than the rest. Thankyou
