Transferring Personal Ownership to LLC

Looking for advice/information. I have just formed an LLC and would like to transfer ownership of my duplex into it. I purchased the duplex as a house hack over a year ago to get an FHA loan. I am seeing conflicting information regarding how to achieve this and whether it will trigger a sale, disrupt my financing, etc. I am also seeing some information about using a trust with the LLC as a beneficiary. Anyone with any experience here? Located in Wisconsin.

I have seen the responses to date and they are all missing the point. What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish with the transfer?
