Broken Arrow STR investing

Greetings from Nashville!

Local Realtor here. I'm researching an off market property in the area of downtown Broken Arrow, Ok. The property is currently being used as an STR

Hoping to get a temperture check on the STR market there in BA and see how easy (or not) the city is to work with and see how likely it might be to get a property re-permitted for STR use. I would greatly appreciate anyone more knowleadgable than I chiming in on their experience in there!

Kind regards,

Scott Davis
