Approaching Investor Clients

Leo Carter
Posted

Hello, I am a new agent and part of Journey Home Group through KW. We are a real estate team out of Cleveland Ohio specializing in investment properties. Id love to get some insight from both investors and other agents who are investor focused. For investors: What do you appreciate when an agent approaches or contacts you about deals or working together? What works? What kinds of things would turn you off working with an agent? For agents: What approaches do you use to reach out to investors so its professional, but not too pushy. What works and what doesn't? I appreciate any and all feedback!

    Hey Leo

When I put on my lender hat and talk to realtors, I care mainly about the math, and then the location I don't care about the emotional connection to the colors...etc
