Lease Option networking connections?

Where are all the people successfully using Lease Options as a strategy? I've been devouring all the info, but trying to build a group or discord where there's experience or interest has been tough. Looking to have a good group chat outside of the BP app where we can talk strategies that work, etc.

Also, is everyone else out here struggling to find real answers to their questions? every time I find someone asking questions on here about Lease Options, Sandwich Lease Options, wholesaling lease options, etc..... Their questions never get answered.
