how do you find out which bank owns a property or are there listing of bank owned properties

    Here's a trick that many of you can use for more than just seeing the owner of a property. Visit https://publicrecords.netronline.com/. Click on the state you want to look in and then the county. You can find property appraiser and tax records there, but you can also visit the Clerk of Court and most jurisdictions will allow you to search their database to see documents like mortgages/deeds of trust, Assignments, Lis Pendens, Foreclosure Paperwork, and much more. Bookmark this site if you're in any real estate-related field. Now...ya'll owe me a vote! lol
