Advice on building my rental portfolio in Florida

Posted

I am looking to continue growing my rental portfolio, and for advice on different property types and financing options or suggestions with my current financial situation.

My goal is continue buying, building equity, and earning passive income until retirement in 15 years.

I have one condo rental unit with 125k equity, with stable rental income and cash flow. I own a deeded lot in an RV resort with 30k equity as a second home/rental with little ROI, and a SFH as my primary residence with 50k equity.

I have 20k cash.

All these properties are in my name, not an LLC.

I am looking in the Treasure Coast area in Florida, which is in and around Port Saint Lucie.

What advice do you have for where to make my next move, and then build the portfolio of properties over the next 5 years.
