Wanting Direction and Mentorship

Good Morning!

I am new to the Real Estate world and very eager to learn to be able to achieve my goals in life. I come by here to ask for two different questions. 

1. First one being, me being new and learning to Real Estate, would y'all recommend house hacking when starting off, or buying a single family home?

2. Second question is, I can read books all day long, and watch videos on how to understand different terms and concepts, but is there anyone around the Orlando area that would be willing just to even meet up 1 on 1 with me so I can get a better grasp of terms and how real estate just works as a whole? I learn better when face to face.
