Private Lender Community

I was talking with another very experienced private lender the other day and he pointed out something that stuck with me — there really isn't a place for us lenders to connect and communicate with each other. And I don't mean brokers or big institutional money. I mean regular people lending their own funds — whether that's cash from a bank account, a Self-Directed IRA, a HELOC, or whatever else they're working with. Stuff like: • What makes a deal worth doing vs. a red flag • How lenders protect themselves and their capital • First-position security • Exit strategies • Returns, points, and loan terms • SDIRA lending • Real lessons from real deals • Questions newer lenders don't even know to ask yet It got me thinking — maybe it's time we actually create a community and network of private lenders where we can all connect, share, and learn together. If you're already a lender or you've been thinking about becoming one and would be interested in joining something like this, I'd love to hear from you. let me know your thoughts or comment below
