Hey BiggerPockets, it's been a great week so far! When reaching out to investors through prospecting what are some tips that have helped you any common objections or challenges faced? I'm always open to learning from you all.

@Jonny Lauderdale One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to focus on building relationships rather than trying to pitch a deal immediately. Ask questions, listen more than you talk and learn what investors are actually looking for. A common objection is credibility, especially when you are new, so be honest about your experience and let your work ethic and follow through speak for themselves. Also, joining a local REIA group and networking with investors in person is often one of the most effective ways to build lasting relationships and opportunities.
