Hey guys, this is my first post of the BP forms. I've listened to the podcast for about a year, and decided to finally get on the website. I got my first property at the begging of this year. It was a duplex, and I have it rented out on both sides. I'm looking to get my second duplex or a triplex, and house hack and move into it. If you guys have any tips or anything for me and my situation I would love to hear. I'm still really new to all this, and am learning as I go.
