Has anyone here tried PadSweep?

Question

I saw it while looking for tools that help me analyze rental properties, and I found this PadSweep and want to ask if anyone has heard of it?

From what I've seen, it scans listings, estimates rents, and highlights properties that supposedly cash-flows.

I'm curious if anyone else has used it yet or has thoughts on tools like this in general.

I'd be interested to hear what people think.

Appreciate the heads-up!

Good to know the 7-day trial doesn't ask for a card upfront, though. I think I'll still sign up just to see how it handles standard single-family or multifamily stuff in my market, but I'll definitely be double-checking everything against my own spreadsheet.

I tried the free 7 day trial.

On the positive it did not require any paymen5 info for the trial.  This is rare now days.

On the negative I chose 1 large market and 2 moderate size markets.  The tool returned one property that was a mobile home.   The numbers reflected in no area a park rate.   I then looked up the property on realtor.com where it also did not show a park rent.   So likely poor data available.

Based on the small number of properties returned and the data being missing a key data element, I would not pay close to their current subscription fee.

I suggest you try the 7 day trial and see if it produces better results for your market.
