Over a month into REI as an Agent.

I've been working with an amazing company called Prophet Homes for the past month now and it's been the most amazing, mentally draining, and exhilarating experience yet. The best part is I get to eat lunch when I want to ! But in all seriousness, how can I get Investors and especially new investors to see the ARV and the numbers over all I guess, and see that the deals we provide really are great investments? I've battled them with the comps and all the numbers but I've came across a lot of new investors who just want the "perfect" deal. I understand that prices/interest rates aren't what they use to be but I know there is still money to be made in this business. How can I help them understand the value of the opportunity?
