Anyone actually running velocity banking on a first-lien HELOC?
Been going down the first-lien HELOC and velocity banking rabbit hole lately, mostly from the lending side, and I want to hear from people who've actually implemented it or plan to. If you've swapped a traditional mortgage for a first-lien HELOC and you're sweeping your income against the balance, how's it gone? What caught you off guard, and would you do it again? And if you looked at it and passed, I'm just as curious why.
