Pre-foreclosure back payments
What is the best way for investors with no out of pocket cash come up with the money to cover back payments to stop a foreclosure? I was thinking wholesale the pre-foreclosure. The down side I see is not finding an end buyer fast enough before auction date or the buyer back out at last minute. Or would a hard money loan or private lender loan be necessary to the back payments?
